K'Gari's open plan design, high ceilings and expansive deck areas, create a spacious atmosphere in a compact space. The views are panoramic. You can actually see the curve of the earth on the horizon.
The house is fully screened and windows are carefully positioned to maximise cool breezes during summer. Alll doors are covered by overhanging eves so they can be left open if it's raining. An outside walkway connects front and back deck areas. Great for kids to run around safely and also a handy area for drying clothes and towels.
The back of the house has a small bathroom, a separate toilet and laundry looking out onto virgin bush. Kgari is totally private and sits on the tree line. An incredible variety of birds can be seen from the verandah and goannas are often seen hunting around the house. Occasionally dingoes can be spotted walking through the back "garden".
